The project involves the restoration of the Villa Serarmonio building complex, located in the municipality of Monte San Savino in the province of Arezzo, consisting of 5 buildings and the outdoor area with swimming pool for change of use from residential to commodation facility tourist.
The PSE was charged with the executive planning of the technological systems. All the technical rooms of each unit belonging to the complex have been studied using BIM software.
